Is ABC Bonds' service really free, or are there hidden fees?
There are NO hidden fees. Our Mortgage Bond and Home Loan service is absolutely free. We receive a fee from the bank for preparing all the application documents on their behalf. This fee is paid to ABC Bonds by the bank and doesn't get added onto the home loan.

What relationship does ABC Bonds have with the various banks?
ABC Bonds' comprehensive service saves the banks from time consuming administrative duties; they in fact, welcome our support and association.

Why should I use ABC Bonds?

Would I not save time or money by going directly to the banks?
No, with our free service you will receive competitive quotes from all the various banks, no need for you to go to each bank individually and fill out countless forms. Because of the amount of business we provide the banks with, our clients are inevitably offered a lower interest rate. One bond application is all we need; we then submit your application to all the banks. This allows you to compare all the banks' quotes in the leisure of your office or home without the stress associated with going directly to the banks.

We would then attempt obtaining the lowest possible interest rate on your behalf from your preferred bank.

How secure would it be to enter my details on the website?
Only the staff responsible for applications has access to your details.

Will I be kept up to date with regard to the progress of my application?
The consultant responsible for your application will be in frequent contact with you, filling you in on the status of your application.

How long does the whole process normally take?
In general it takes anything up to 48 hours after all the necessary documentation has been received.
